What happened to my comments?! (Ignore this statement, if you indeed see my comment link appear below.)

A piece of mine (as well as a piece of C's) is gonna be in a show called 7eleven, put up by the fine people of . The concept of the show is 7 pieces, each 11 minutes along, taking place in convenience stores. I think it's going to go up toward the end of February and run for three whole weeks! And I don't have to act! Whoopee!

I'm actually pretty psyched about that prospect. It's going to be running Thursdays through Sundays, with an extra matinee on Sundays, for three weeks. Twelve shows in all, and there's no way we'll be able to make it to all of them, so conceivably we'll have our pieces being performed while we're elsewhere. What a novelty...

(It helps that the people all seem cool, so far...)

Monday night, we saw the cast of the "The Simpsons" on "In The Actor's Studio". (Fucking brilliant.) Tuesday, we had our first 7eleven meeting. Wednesday, I had to work late, and ran into Steve and he bought me a drink. Thursday (last night), C got us free tickets to see Paul Newman and Jane Curtin in a production of "Our Town" that's being put up in the Boothe Theater. (Not so great, but it was their last dress rehearsal before previews.) Tonight, we're seeing Erwin in "Romeo & Juliet". (He's playing the Leo Dicaprio part.) Saturday night, we've gotta see Ed&Cindy in their show at the AAWW.

Barely enough time to keep it all straight...
